Low inertia means instant acceleration, and the Mavic Cosmic S 42 Disc delivers it with a lightweight full carbon rim. The 21mm internal width maximizes tire volume for confidence, efficiency and cornering grip, while the 42mm rim profile and flat spokes are wind tunnel proven for low wind resistance and lateral stability at high speed. Mavic UST tubeless ready design improves comfort, efficiency and tire installation. Rear wheels get Mavic's new Instant Drive 360 freewheel, and the hubs use dual seals with pre-load adjusted bearings.
