Price Match Guarantee

Found it for less? We'll match it. If an authorized U.S. retailer has the same new item for a lower price, we'll match their price, in our Denver store or online.

How to get a price match

  • In the store: show us the other store's listing on your phone at the register.
  • Online: before you check out, email sportsplusdenver@gmail.com, message us in the chat, or call 303-777-6613 with a link to the lower price. We'll send you a checkout link at the matched price.
  • Already bought it from us? If you find a lower qualifying price within 14 days of your purchase, contact us with your order number and the link, and we'll refund the difference.

What qualifies

  • The exact same item: same brand, model, model year, size and color, and brand new.
  • In stock and available to buy right now from an authorized U.S. retailer, such as evo, Backcountry, REI, Christy Sports, Peter Glenn, Pure Hockey, HockeyMonkey, Ice Warehouse, Dick's Sporting Goods, Scheels, or the brand's own website.
  • We match the item price. Shipping is charged under our normal shipping policy, and store pickup is always free.

What doesn't qualify

  • Marketplace and auction sellers (Amazon or Walmart third-party sellers, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, SidelineSwap and similar).
  • Used, demo, rental, open-box, refurbished or blemished items, including our own used and consignment gear.
  • Coupon codes, member-only or loyalty prices, rebates, bundle or package deals, gift-with-purchase offers, and limited-quantity doorbusters or flash deals.
  • Prices that are clearly mistakes.
  • Services, rentals, custom team orders, gift cards, and online-only bike parts shipped from our partner warehouse.
  • Prices below a brand's required minimum price. Some brands set the lowest price we're allowed to sell at, and we follow those rules.

One price match per item per customer, and we may limit quantities. We need to be able to see the lower price ourselves, and Sports Plus makes the final call on every request. This guarantee can change at any time.
