Aimed at downhill use, this Maxxis Minion DHF pairs ramped knobs for low rolling resistance with channel-cut knobs for more gripping edges, giving straight-line control and precise cornering. Maxx Grip compound adds grip and slow rebound, and the familiar Maxxis dual-ply 60 TPI downhill construction uses a butyl insert for support and rim protection. Sealant-compatible rubber, a Wide Track casing optimized for rims over 35mm internal width, and a tubeless-ready build (sealant required) round it out. Folding versions come in 27.5x2.5 and 29x2.5.
