Press bearings in and push them out with the Park Tool BBT-30.4 Bearing Tool Set, which installs and removes the bearings used in BB30, PressFit 30 (PF30), 386EVO, BBright and PF121 bottom bracket systems. Its bushing set works with a head cup press to press BB30 and PF30 bearings into the shell, and the included BB30 bearing remover pushes bearings out from inside the shell.
