Campagnolo's Ekar Pro-Tech bottom bracket pairs a patented external ring seal with an internal sleeve seal to protect the bearings from water and contaminants. It mates with the stainless steel bearings attached to the crank arms as an integral unit, which allows greater size and easier maintenance access. It's available in several threaded and pressfit options and works with Ekar Pro-Tech cranks only. Bearings are sold separately.
