It mounts to any flat surface (mounting bolts not included), and its cam actuated, micro adjustable clamp fits 1 to 3 inch (25mm to 76mm) tubes and seat posts of any shape and material. The clamp rotates 360 degrees, narrow 2.7 inch jaws fit tight areas, and the all steel structure adds stiffness. The weight limit is 80lb.
