Maxxis Tire Assegai 29x2.5 BK FOLD/60 3CT/EXO+/TR/WT (SKU 594650)

Designed by 3 time World Champ downhill rider Greg Minnaar as his signature tire, the Maxxis Assegai combines elements from 4 of his favorite Maxxis tires, the DHR II, DHF, Shorty and High Roller. Alternating vertical knobs with deep siping and 3 horizontal knobs pair with large corner knobs for improved traction in the turns. This version uses the 3C Maxx Terra compound, softer and more traction-rich than 3C Maxx Speed, along with EXO+ sidewall protection and a butyl bead insert for increased pinch flat and rim protection. It has a Wide Track casing for rims over 35mm internal width and is a 29x2.5 folding tire, tubeless ready.
