Saris Car Rack 3021 Hitchtite 2in (SKU 45302)

The Saris Hitch-Tite takes the slop out of a hitch connection. A size specific metal sleeve with a nut welded inside slides into the base of the rack, and once the nut lines up with the pre-drilled hole, you slide the base into the receiver and tighten it with the included threaded hitch pin. It comes in an anti wobble version and a locking version with a locking pin.
