Green Guru Bag Pannier Dutchy (SKU 98288)

Give old billboards a second life on your rack with the Green Guru Dutchy Pannier. Its weather-resistant shell is made from upcycled billboard banners or fabrics, so the color and design you receive will vary from one bag to the next. This Dutch-style pannier has one large main compartment, a reinforced handle and shoulder strap, and weather-resistant gussets. Metal hooks mount it to most racks, reflective webbing loops give you places to attach lights, and the plastic frame can double as a cutting board.
