Axiom Bag Pannier WP Pack OCEAN-X 16+ BK (SKU 915917)

Dry cargo without a rain cover. The Axiom Ocean-X Pannierpack 16+ is a fully waterproof, single sided pannier, and its dual layer Hydrocore system with a waterproof liner takes the guesswork out of staying dry. The outer fabric sheds dirt and water easily, built-in D-rings give you attachment points for your own bungees or a shoulder strap, and webbing tie-downs carry a U-lock or lash on loads. It hooks on and off your rack quickly and locks in place, with a stiff backboard and a roll-top closure like a drybag. It comes in black.
