Maxxis Tire Assegai 29x2.6 BK FOLD/60 3C/EXO+/TR (SKU 592809)

This Maxxis Assegai is Greg Minnaar's signature downhill tire, designed by the 3 time World Champ himself and combining elements from 4 of his favorite Maxxis tires: the DHR II, DHF, Shorty and High Roller. Alternating vertical knobs with deep siping and 3 horizontal knobs, paired with large corner knobs, improve traction in the turns. The 3C Maxx Terra compound is softer and offers more traction than 3C Maxx Speed, yet provides better treadwear and less rolling resistance than Maxx Grip, while EXO+ adds sidewall protection and a butyl bead insert for pinch flat and rim protection. A 29x2.6 folding tire, tubeless ready.
