A round profile with micro-siped knobs and carbide studs, in a 240 stud design, provides traction on ice, and a 5mm Smartguard breaker belt made from special Indian and partially recycled rubber adds puncture protection. It is meant to run at minimal pressure, but it can run at full pressure on non-icy roads with minimal road noise. Run it for roughly 25 miles on asphalt, avoiding fast acceleration or hard braking, to seat the spikes properly. This version is a 700x40.
