A square lugged, open tread pattern gives the WTB Vigilante stability in loose or wet terrain, while stiff outside knobs grip at steep lean angles. Updated siping eliminates knob squirm while increasing traction on wet or rocky terrain, and updated profiles give a smoother transition from centerline to side knobs for more predictable cornering. The Tough casing is two full layers, bead to bead, High Grip rubber is 45a durometer over a firmer 60a base, and it's rated for e-bikes up to 50kph (31mph). This one is a black 29x2.5.
